Rates and Insurance
We are expanding our accessibility of services towards a variety of financial situations to ensure prospective clients can seek out services without great financial barriers to care.
We are currently in-network providers with the following panels. Please use the dropdown box to view the accepted plans through each panel.

Note: We do not accept any Medicaid plans at this time. Tricare plans require a pre-cert and possible referral for services due to being Tricare certified OON.

Sliding Scale Rates
For clients wishing to pay privately to avoid going through an insurance panel or to utilize services without insurance coverage, we offer a competitive sliding scale to ensure adequate access to care.
We charge $95-165 based on finances. Scale is based off current take-home income as well as number of dependents in the home. Specialized services may cost more. To view our Chargemaster for 2024, please click here.
Payment is due at time of service.
